The Brief
Hans Christian Gjestvang is a Partner at Privatmegleren Park in Majorstuen, Oslo, with 28 years of experience and over 2,000 completed property transactions. He needed two dedicated landing pages — one for Oslo West and one for the Gjøvik and Toten region — designed to attract qualified sellers through organic search and paid advertising.
Oslo West
The Oslo West landing page covers Majorstuen, Frogner, Vinderen, Uranienborg, Briskeby and Homansbyen. The design is built in Privatmegleren's brand colours with classic typography that communicates authority and trust.
Gjøvik & Toten
For the Gjøvik and Toten market, we chose a deep, dark background with Norwegian nature — an authentic expression that resonates with the local market. The page covers Gjøvik sentrum, Østre and Vestre Toten, Hunndalen, Biri and Hadeland.

SEO as a filter for the right sellers
The pages are optimised for niche searches like "discreet property valuation Oslo west" and "agent with surveyor background". This attracts intentional sellers seeking Gjestvang's specific expertise — not random traffic.
Brand-aligned design
Everything is built in Privatmegleren's brand colours with classic typography. The golden "P" from the official profile is embedded as the favicon — a detail that ties the pages directly to the brand and creates a cohesive professional impression.
Visual depth and focus
For Oslo, we kept the cityscape background to emphasise scale. For Gjøvik, we chose Norwegian nature — authentic for the local market. The agent's photo breaks the frame (offset design), creating depth and placing 100% focus on the expert.
